Why "mostly"? Because we let our flock roams our entire 15 acres with nearly unlimited access. They sometimes go in and hang out with pig friends, and snack on a bit of grains once in a while. So while we can't certify them as grass-fed, you can be sure of the quality of our lamb meat that will please even the pickiest eater!
